Refund & Return Policy

At UrbanHive, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Because all products are made to order, we only accept returns or replacements in cases of:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Returns & Exchanges (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or design selected by the customer
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Any non-defective products

Claim Window

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
